In the interests of our clients, our personnel and the public, Gracom is committed to complete contracted work in a safe and cost effective manner and to ensure compliance with the requirements of contract documents and applicable codes and standards. We believe that quality is achieved through the use of skilled personnel, careful planning, suitable tools and procedures, clear definition of job requirements and proper supervision.

The Gracom Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program establishes plans and procedures for use in the performance of work and designates organizational responsibility within a project team to ensure compliance. Quality is verified through monitoring, inspection, testing, review and audit of all work activities. Documentation, records and a reporting system for the work are part of the program.
